It can be a lot of money to fork out to go to a wedding in another country, a considerable financial commitment, so on balance, how well does one know the bride and groom? Will one have a great time? Do you not have the phrase "On your bike" in American English? It just means "Get lost" or "Do one". Do you know the phrase "Do one"? Also, I have a question about the penny-farthing bicycle. As you might know, it is named after two old British coins, a large one and a small one, like the wheels. Do Americans call that kind of bike a penny-farthing too? I remember Homer Simpson called them "old time bikes". Is that what Americans call them or just Homer Simpson? Do they have a Spanish name too?

You youngsters don't know how lucky you are. I remember the olden days when YouTube would just choose a frame to use as a thumbnail, it wasn't possible to upload your own or even choose which frame it used. In those days, people just made do. People found a way. However, it soon became apparent that YouTube was using the exact middle frame as the thumbnail. Vloggers, as they were known in those days, soon worked out that if they edited the video before uploading it and replaced the middle frame with a suitable thumbnail, it would allow them to have some control over their video that YouTube was not yet officially offering. When the video was played back, the single frame in the middle went unnoticed by the viewer. We might not have had Patreon, we might not have had Americans reacting to things and Covid19 was still the future but we had 240p 4:3 videos and we were happy. Mandy, maybe you could learn a lesson from history and edit your videos to include a thumbnail in the middle, that's assuming that the frame that Daily Motion chooses is consistent and predictable. Good luck with it, you're not a bad kid really.
