At least importing or selling such an item would be illegal due to the 1938 Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. That's why Kinder Eggs aren't available in America, because they contain a toy. - David Mitchell playing Sherlock Holmes. At least at the time he did it. Sherlock Holmes was still protected by copyright in America until January 2023. In the UK, the character has been out of copyright for some time so David Mitchell can dress as him and appear on UK television as often as he likes. I'm sorry, I don't know the laws in Argentina. You'd better play it safe, please don't sell chocolate eggs with toys in them or dress as Sherlock Holmes until you have consulted your legal team.
