Unrelated question Mandy, the Choripan you get there, is it made with raw chorizo or a cured one? I just saw someone make some on YouTube and they used raw(cooked obviously) but I can only get the cured variety, as far as I know anyway. Just curious if it makes any real difference. Seems like it would, but you've had the real thing so thought you might know. Very grateful for you recommending it, if nothing else, I'm a bit obsessed with chimichurri now. Make it quite a lot and have it with all kinds of stuff. 😋

No, there was a an unfortunate incident with a fag butt. It was a horrible misunderstanding. I swore I never wanted anything like that to happen again so I started learning American English on Duolingo as soon as I left A&E (or ER as an American would say) and haven't looked back since.

Well in answer to your questions: sorry yes, the background is fine. Compliments you a bit actually. I'm the UK we use a mixture of imperial and metric. maths, physics or mechanical we use metric. Anything to do with food, drink, weight, height or baking we use feet, inches, stones, ounces, pounds, teaspoons, pints etc. For travel we use imperial, so miles, mph, knots, feet (or yards) measurements. Also no shame in being dirty minded, Lmao when you said that. Haha.
