Should think of the middle tier as the standard tier, you can get a 'lite' or 'cheaper' version for less (like having the +ads sub for amazon/netflix or without podcasts for spotify) and it still contains the bulk of the stuff you want to watch. Also as someone who has subbed to people on various platforms (I often have to rotate my subscriptions month to month to suit my budget) £10 a month is pretty standard and more than fair in my opinion. Personally car share is the only thing that interests me from the star tier also but i don't mind paying the extra couple of £s for it, and more so as I want to show appreciation for the YT content which i'm very much enjoying, especially the XFMs.

Value is relative though. If the other shows are not worth the upgrade to you then that's your prerogative but it doesn't mean others don't value them. And I've probably watched more hours of of Mandy's free content on youtube than I've watched "entertainment" from my basic Sky package this year. Not including the sport I watch - which the 22 package doesn't cover anyway - that's extra. But I still need to buy that before I can add the sports I actually want to see. You could wait until there are more shows on that tier which interest you? Then get it for a month or two while you binge watch it all at once. That's how I watch Netflix/Prime etc.

Nothing wrong with the pricing. I give to local charities each month and can still afford multiple patreons ( Mandy is the best by the way and worth every penny ) I have sky too. So dry your eyes and stop being rude to Mandy. She works very hard and doesn't deserve it.

There is loads of great content on the star tier besides car share. Which is far superior to the inbetweeners. How is being in the top tier make someone a stalker? We get an extra video a month which is normally a blooper or an extra mini reaction to something. Also it's not £25.00 Didn't you notice the tier descriptions when you signed up?

Right but with sky and netflix you get ads and your supporting multi billionaires who are probably pedophiles, where as here your not getting any adverts and your supporting a hard working woman with a heart of gold If you look at Mandy's community page in her YouTube you will notice she often donates to animal shelters, it's a bit daft comparing a Huge Company to a persons hobby / side hustle

I personally think the pricing is fair. Many other content creators charge more for less. For example, I have seen people charging £25 for what Mandy gives us for £10. Taffe316 charges £5 for the same content he puts on YouTube. King Boomer charges £15 if you want all reactions, The Mirandalorian Reacts charges £3 and has never uploaded a single video. It's about supporting Mandy as much as it is anything else. Also, it isn't really fair to compare Mandy's Patreon to a multi-million pound company.

Hello Mandy! I looked through bread baskets of the 'Star' tier before posting. I know that Car Share is the only big show on that list for your demographs. Didn't mean to be obtusely blunt as it may have came across to you. However, I dont think the research on that star tier is all that great if im honest. which i regrettably am. Anyone paying you £25 per month (which effectually would get you Sky TV in the UK (HBO parallel for your comparison?) , of which most households cannot afford, i will link at the end of this post) are more generous to you than they are to the local foodbanks. Hello Paul! The prices I have were placed after doing extensive research on the subject and adjusting the prices according to my needs. I was however unaware at the time of the prices of Neftlix and such. Now, what you say of Star Tier only having Car Share is untrue. There is plenty more shows such as Cats Does Countdown, Mr Bean, The Moaning of Life, The Big Fat Quiz, comedy specials, films and more. The criteria of what show is placed where is my own and the higher price is because it requires more hours of my time a week. Hopes this clears things up Paul! Also please don't disrespect others, this is no place for that. 🤙🏻

ive just noticed the payment tiers and how you have to double your subscription fee to watch Peter Kay's Car Share? Not sure how you planned that pricing structure. What justifies that show over The Inbetweeners?, Mandy? Take car share away from the middle price band of £10 per month and there's nothing else to make people upgrade? Bear in mind that middle tier is priced at Netflix, Amazon Prime level to watch predominantly that show. May i suggest (and i know this is already falling of def ears, or blind eyes for want of the better phrase) that you just have 2 tiers of subscription £5 for all your normal fans (which i think if a fair price) for the content, then a top tier for all the 'behind the scenes content' (basically for all the potential stalker fans, that way you can keep an eye on them).

A kipper is smoked herring. "Kippering" is the process of curing the fish. You split it, gut it and smoke it. Doing this turns the herring into a "kipper". You can use other fish, but its usually herring. You can eat it hot or cold. Hot with butter is the preferred way

Kippers are herring that has been spilt so it is flat and then smoked. Fun fact from John Cleese on the DVD commentary of this episode: He named the character with the blow-up sex doll after a critic called Richard Ingrams who wrote 5 reviews out of 6 of the first series of the show and said the show was "poor", Cleese said "I got fed up. Now, we mostly use pennies when we accidentally pump £20.01 worth of petrol (or gas, as an American would say). Shops also price items at £4.99, thinking it will encourage sales because it's technically under a fiver. There have been discussions about scrapping 1p and 2p coins, often called 'coppers' because they used to be made from copper.
