I did some searching too. It turns out that according to the European Orange Council, oranges have exactly three uses. 1. Consumption (including orange juice) 2. Comedic teeth (peel only) 3. Demonstration of the perfect roundness of another item (e.g. a snooker or pool ball). Please note that the EOC does not deal with satsumas, clementines or other "easy peelers".
