Hey Mandy! I watched this a few days ago and I was going to comment something really brilliant and funny. But then I fell asleep on the sofa, and forgot what it was I was going to write. And now several days later it still haven't figured it out. So here I am just writing some nonsense. But thanks for doing this! "Mandy TV" is still my favorite streaming service! :) I thought the movie was entertaining but they went a bit to far with some of the disgusting stuff I think. And - something I found a little interesting: I'm using an app called Callsheet for looking up movies and TV shows, and on movies it shows the age of the actors when it was filmed. These guys and gals weren't exactly kids anymore when doing this. Will (29), Neil (29), Simon (30) but Jay a bit younger at 26. The girl Katie was 27, Ben was also 27. Jane (28). Will's mother 43 and Greg was 46 :)

Mandy, you have to consider that this is our (the UK's) American Pie. And like AP, the first movie is the best. However, I think this second Inbetweeners movie is more thought through and spread out. The first one (as amazing as it is) kind of peaks in the middle. This second one is definitely written better to keep you entertained throughout. There will be a 3rd movie on day. As talented as these lads are at acting, they are pretty much stereotyped now, which is in some ways a shame becuase they are such good actors, but also means they are so fucking famous, they dont have to work, and have the time on their hands along with the writers of the show to bring us a third - 30 something married with kids movie. It will be the biggest movie of the year in the UK when that happens. US movie stars should avoid clashing with that over here, because their film wont mean shit if they do, the nation will be captivated:) Big up the lads, best there's ever been.

Well the only one I can remember but I think is a behind the scenes clip not a blooper, and that was them showing how they made the fake vomit for Simon to launch over the kid and obviously it wasn't real vomit it was soup in an air cannon I think

I made a late lunch before settling down to watch this reaction earlier and then genuinely panicked when I remembered how gross it was and that eating while watching was *not* a good idea! 😂🙈 Fortunately, that ultimate gross scene at the water park is a fair way into the film, so I got away with it! Oh, Mandy, your reaction didn't disappoint! Haha! We did warn you! We weren't exaggerating, were we? 😛😂🙈 I definitely think the first film is better. This one is funny and entertaining but there was a definite heavy focus on gross-out, in-your-face humour, some of it literally in Will's face, and while the main 4 characters were their usual reliably funny selves, I wasn't keen on the largely awful supporting characters. Worst of all was Lucy who was so sweet in the first film and had a major personality transplant in this one. I guess it was done for the story and to give some back-at-home conflict for Simon, but it didn't really make sense all the same. On the plus side, there were some very funny lines. Some of my favourites are: JAY: Oh, God, there's always some c**t with a guitar! (He's not wrong which is rare for Jay!) WILL: You do know Australia's on the other side of the world? NEIL: (snorts) Doubt it. (LOVED how you cracked up at that bit, Mandy! I do too! 😂) WILL: (on Ben's dreadlocks) They're not countercultural, they actually scream 'Oh, I've got a trust fund!' so get a normal haircut, you unbearable prick. 😃 I think the first film just flowed better with more of the awkward, cringe humour of the TV show. It felt like an extended episode, a TV movie. They definitely made this one bigger, bolder, more cinematic, but also, storywise, so much more OTT and like a series of mortifying sketches than a plot with a beginning, a middle and and end. I still enjoy it though! The main cast do save it and make it very watchable because they're weirdly, disturbingly lovable underneath how tragic they all are. 😂😎

Yeah I wasn't really a fan of this one either. Stresses me out tbh. Easy to forget how vast a country is and we have people over here complaining that an hour is a long drive. In the Americas and Australia you're talking a couple of hours just to go do the shopping or to the hospital for many people. I did laugh at the end tho when Gregg turned up 🤣

This is also my first time watching the show. I remember all the publicity surrounding the reunion programme though. It was broadcast post 9/11 and pre-Covid, or 2019 as it's also known. It was apparently called Fwends Reunited.

Well done Mandy. I like this movie, I’m glad they did something different with it. They could have been unoriginal and did the same old thing. I thought the ending could have been better, and they should have revisited Neil’s dancing. I thought Jay looking for Jane was kinda sweet. They do try to bring out the humanity in each character, even though they’re dysfunctional and probably grow up to be like Mark and Jeremy in Peep Show.
