I have never seen Star Wars ๐ฌ๐
Captain Howdy
Playing catch up on your videos and while watching this, and only just noticed the drunk monk with the boil on his face is William Hootkins, who is probably most famous for being the overweight X-Wing pilot with the unfortunate name "Porkins" in the first Star Wars film.

Turnips lovely, parsnips the worst

The lady said luck and almost said fuck. And I'm implying that you can't reeally say fuck on YouTube, so God bless Patreon. Ok ๐ ๐๐

"I've always loved chockers" title-of-your-sex-tape! As they say on Brooklyn 99.
Stevus
I think you're correct, Carl ๐

She said it so casually ๐ ๐ ๐

Well I like piรฑa coladas, but I will pass on the dancing in the rain ๐คช

Haha, I don't mind any kind of "nerdery! I have been learning so much through the comments! Wish I retained more of it though... and that song was... uh.. let's just say it sounds like something Jay from the Inbetweeners would have come up with! ๐ ๐คฃ

Discounted because no one buys it because it sucks ๐คช

I read this too late but luckily I did! ๐๐ปโจ๏ธ

Well, ironically those necklaces are calked "chokers". I don't have an Adam's apple so that isn't an issue, but yes, the restricting/tight ones bother me. Since I have always loved chokers though I made the one I use myself and it is elastic, so it isn't a bother ๐คโจ๏ธ

I am confused by this comment. ๐

I just learned a bit of interesting (to me) but useless information: Howard Goodall, who wrote the theme song for Black~Adder (I'm trying out the squiggly line style of spelling it), also wrote 'Ecce Homo,' the theme song for Mr. Bean, as well as the theme for one of my favorite shows, Red Dwarf. He also wrote the song '(I Like) Trucking' from 'Not The Nine OโClock News' that you reacted to on YouTube. Cheers! ๐ค๐ค

No, YOU are!

Once the evening starts in this episode itโs essentially an Elizebethan era version of Fawlty Towers with Blackadder (as Basil) trying to juggle too many things at once!

One of my fave episodes of series 2. Miriam is great in this :) Stephen Fry's role in these gets better as the series goes on imo. Good stuff Mandy, my best wishes for the little kitty.

I think luck sounds like fuck...good ol patreon.

Not a drinker either. Most I ever had was the last new years eve. Had about 10 cocktails and felt fine, ๐คช had one shot of prossecco and that was it... home time! ๐คข Yes that was Hugh Laurie. You'll be seeing plenty of him. Noticed you're a little quieter today. Hope you're not too worried about the kitty. You know those neck collars that girls wear, don't they irritate you? Or make you feel like you can't breath?? I don't think I could get used to having something pressing against my Adams apple all day.
Stevus
I love the avatar pic too! ๐คฃ

Weheyyy! Sounds a bit rude, doesn't it?

I can't deny it; I only have to walk past a pub, and I start to feel a bit wobbly these days. ๐ฎ

The only time I want picked onions is with cheese if not they can fuck off

You have a WOMANS hangover!
Stevus
Don't worry Stan, it's not as bad as all that! Buck up chum. ๐ค

If I remember my days in cocktail studys correctly, a Martini with cocktail onions is called a Manhattan. I too am not a fan of such libations.

You have a WOMANS cat m'lady.

"Dicky Di Do" comes from a traditional folk song, popular with the players and fans of the Rugby Football game whilst celebrating at the local purveyor of brewed refreshments: "The Major of Bayswater, He had a petty daughter And the hairs on her dicky-di-do grew down to her knees. One black one, One white one And one with a bit of . . . " well, I shall draw a veil over the rest of the lyrics; it gets progressively worse from this point on... If you really want to (but I don't recommend it - it's very rude and gets ruder as it goes along): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGSKYZov1GI Up to the middle ages, and beyond, most of Europe used a similar system to the UK's pre-decimalisation currency as they too used a system based on the Roman system (the Romans did not do decimals, as you may have noticed from their numbering system!). It may be interesting that the reason the UK continued with its non-decimal currency for so long is because the UK economy was so hugely stable for centuries. Other European countries had crises that tanked their economies on a fairly regular basis, requiring regular resets of their financial systems over those same centuries - at various points since the 17th century they all changed to decimal systems, usually keeping the name of the major value (Frank, Mark, Schilling, etc) but dividing it into 100 parts (centimes, pfennigs, groschen, etc). * *OK - I had to look some of that up. ** ** OK, I promise: no more currrency nerdery.

I never thought there'd be a day where I got to see Hugh Laurie wearing a massive pair of comedic tits

Yeah I've never been a huge fan of alcohol I'll drink vodka or a fruity cocktail every few months but beer larger etc and shit with olives and pickled onions are not my thing

I always found a can of flat lager and a fry up got rid of my hangovers better ๐
๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐
Granted it's not the greatest tasting drink, but it works. You just have to get the right amount of Worcestershire sauce.

It's been years since I've had a bloody Mary. I was never a fan though.

Miranda Richardson does such an amazing job as the Queen! ๐ "And then I'm going to execute the whole bally lot of you" ๐ฎ

I didn't understand people's explanations of the old style of money either Mand ๐คท that was a perfect French accent ๐ค

Third to last! Bloody Marys are a good hangover cure. I don't put celery in mine, though. I like the taste, but I can't swallow it. I thought the same when Nursie said, 'You're so clever, you'd better be careful your foot doesn't fall off.' Also, when she was rubbing Lord Melchett's tummy, 'Come on, little tum tum. All she needed was a cold ashtray. It was very Karl. ๐ As for everyone being blind and not noticing disguises, Clark Kent got away with just wearing glasses for years. ๐ โThank you for doing this, Mandy. It's greatly appreciated. ๐ค๐ค
