I'm a few episodes behind because I've been in hospital. When I got home to my flat I've moved into only few months ago the feeling of home hit me BIG! So I reckon the feelings you get of excitement or security come in moments like that... Returning home or having a nice catch up dinner with friends.. until then it's just bricks and water

I'm not sure if washing machines there are all front loading like they are in the UK, I know that's not common in the US. However, the reason for the time difference based on temperature is because mine is a cold water input only. So it has to heat the water itself. I think a lot of UK washing machines are that way. Also mine will take a 12kg load, but you're not doing a quick wash with that amount. For a couple of pairs of trousers and a few t-shirts however, 15 minutes is fine. However, if you only run it at the 20C quick wash it will cause problems. I prefer to do 40C on the quick wash as it still only takes 30 minutes but doesn't build up a musty smell over time, since I rarely need to do a full wash of anything EDIT: also it was actually quite cheap, and somehow has a steam clean function. It can steam sterilise items. I think it cost me £300 but the next closest I could find with that function, £1000, so I'm not sure if I just got really lucky

Zed, Yeah. Nights plural is correct. When bonfire night doesn't fall on a weekend people will have their displays on whatever nights they feel like. So it will likely be like this every night now until tuesday, maybe wednesday. 🤦‍♂️ Josh, he's been out a few times but keeps going back when it kicks off again. We're here for the night. He's fine tho I think, just wants to be somewhere that feels safe.

My washing machine tells me how long the cycle will take. It's very nice to know. Normal eco wash takes about 2 hours, quick wash takes 15 minutes to 30 depending on the temperature you set.
