Creeper's gonna creep 🤷‍♂️ How does Paddy even end up on the stage? I assume they must already had a stripper booked so what happened to him? Did paddy steal his pants too? So many questions. I feel like we missed out on a whole sub-plot here. Yes paddy is short for Patrick but I know some Americans will use Patty instead when they celebrate St. Patty's day. I never saw his dating show but I wonder if it is an extension of his character or real character when he says lines like "Let the hunky see your monkey" and crass shite like that 😣

At this point in the show Peter knew that Max and Paddy were most peoples favourite characters from the show so this episode and the next are purely to set up their spin off series.

The lady selling the sex toys is the real-life sister of the show's baddie ' Den Perry ' Kate and Ted Robbins. They are cousins of Paul McCartney. Kate's daughter was in The Inbetweeners, as Will's Romantic interest Charlotte, Emily Atack. Patrick is the Anglicised ( English ) form of the old Irish name Pádraig or Pádraic, which is why most people called Patrick have the nickname Paddy it's also used as a generic name for people from Ireland.

When Brian is stuck on his stair lift, he says "What would Thora Hird do?" Thora Hird was a prolific British actress who, in her later years, made a living being the face of many old-age related products, including stair lifts. She became somewhat synonymous with them. She died at the age of 91 just a few months after this was episode aired. I wonder if she got to see it. I hope so. ☺️ The doorbell works because doorbells typically use batteries.
