This outfit includes a flowery bandeau, matching shorts delicately embroidered with vibrant flowers, and an optional simple yet demure anklet. It uses Bibo and will stay vaulted for the time being. It replaces the normal/striped Southern seas swimsuit and tanga.
Edit 1.1: added a "just anklet" version that replaces the emperors new boots
