As I was waiting for the Christmas dinner, I had some time to kill so I started googling random historical vehicles out of boredom. I found this dope ass photo of an Italian Semovente M40 and immediately thought "I have to build this". So, of course, I looked up the available kits, aftermarket and figures, but as the price started piling up, I hesitated for a moment. Decided to leave the idea to "sit" for a few days and see what happens.
Basically, I left this picture open on my computer for 4-5 days so I'd see it every time I sat at my computer. If I didn't find it interesting anymore after a short while, building the model wouldn't be too exciting either. Well, after day 5 I just went with it and purchased everything necessary...
Most of the stuff didn't arrive yet and I'm not gonna build this any time soon, but I thought the mental process behind it was pretty interesting and worth sharing 😁

That will be cool! Not a lot of guys modeling Italian tanks, so it'll be something different. Although I never get tired of late war German armor.

Interesting process with the open picture. I get hyped about new models very often, than I play than in WoT for example and I wanna built it. But usually You lost the interest in one or two days and it's a sign to make it later 😊🙂
