And it’s green now!
🕑 Added 2023-08-03 20:17:51 +0000 UTCMy friends, another quick phone post! I sprayed the first, darkest layer of NATO green from the AK RC range, with a hood amount of Tamiya clear. Then I had to leave the studio for a few hours but now I’m headed back to spray at least a small bit od the camouflage.
The plan is to lay out the three-tone camo first, and then post shade it. One reason is the factory application, so the camo would fade/shade the same everywhere, and second is the opportunity to fix oversprays and sputtering with careful application of the highlights.
That’s why I sprayed it in such a mottled pattern, as it’s just the basic color layout for now. More to come!

I ordered some ac colors for my sherman. Is it correct you can mix ac with tamiya clear? The x22 i think? Cheers!!
