New project!

The concept is simple - a Panther that's been flipped upside down by a nearby bomb explosion in Normandy. Two GIs will be walking past and inspecting it. As you can tell by the photos, I'm not going to recreate any specific vehicle, but come up with my own composition, just taking ideas from different pictures.
If everything goes as planned, there will be a very unique twist once we get to the painting stage!
Oh, and yeah, the plan is to assemble the tank and the diorama simultaneously. Something tells me that the tank will become a permanent part of the groundwork, and I'll have to paint it as such, but I'm not sure yet. It'll depend on how I compose the terrain.
I "borrowed" the PE from another Panther kit which I'm not going to build anytime soon, and the tracks are probably not accurate for this vehicle and location. Panzerwerk sent them to me some time ago without knowing about my Panther models, and I'm not going to put them to waste :) In other words, they're accurate enough to meet my needs for this project.
I'm starting later today!

Not yet but from what I've seen the details look just as good as on 1/35 models!
Enigma Models
Very interesting project. You should call it "The world turned upside down"

This is definitely something different. Look forward to this.

Hey uncle night shift, have you ever tried the brand "Vespid Models"? It's a new model kit brand but only makes 1/72 scale vehicles but the detail is awesome. The kits include 3d resin and photoetch parts. I assembled a jadpanther based in one of your videos.

Those GI poses are perfect for this!

Who hoo. German big cat. Christmas has come early. I think the tracks will be fine for a Normandy setting. Looking forward to this one

Me parece un trabajo perfecto para ti, no simplifiques y que sea un reto, suerte y ya lo estoy desando ver.

A flipped Panther. Interesting. It's going to be difficult to make that look convincing, so I'm really looking forward to it. Good luck!
