Far Cry 5 And the Art of Saying Nothing
🕑 Added 2018-05-01 04:31:23 +0000 UTC Hey all,This month's video is up! This time I'm looking at Far Cry 5, because complaining about big budget games being bad at tackling their subject matter is more or less my wheelhouse.
Enjoy!

John - the game in question is Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. I'd recommend playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution first as it continues the same protagonist, though you can totally get by without having done so

This is a great video, and a terrific bounce back after the shallow, frustrating Iconoclasts video in April. Keep up the good work
Also, can I make a request? I haven't always played the games you pick as background for these (in this video, I think there was a short clip of a Deus Ex game). Could you add a title to the top of those, so I can tell what I'm looking at, especially with the quick cuts?
Really interesting look, it's nice to see a take on Far Cry 5 that isn't just "It's pretty! And you shoot things!"

nice analysis, thanks. It made me thinking that saying nothing rarely is just this - silence? In many cases it's louder than words.

A most well-done video that sums up what I feel about it. Well done as usual, such games are about as interesting as cardboard to me.

An important and nuanced point. Well done as usual.
