Why did the diner and lawyer scene get removed?

Is it possible for you to add controller support to the tales? Its a fun experience but I'm not use to the keyboard and mouse. Most of your games have controller support. Its weird because some of the game supports the controller like the pause menu but then the game itself doesn't.
