there is only chronicle dlc on pc other platforms come with it

Easy to gush about how good the gameplay is so I'm glad you did discuss the the remake itself isn't ideal. Something you forgot to note is that Dante is not in the base game. You need the DLC to play that version. I believe the non DLC is actually just the original version with no extra character, but the Chronicle DLC featuring Raidou from the Devil Summoner games on PS2 is free and gives access to the new areas. Dante DLC (maniax) is not free but only replaces Raidou so no new content there.
