Devs are passionate about making a game with no clear vision you say? I'd probably be wary of that alone. This thing is either going to have nightmare monetization or a one time buy-in fee for an experience you get tired of before the week is through. Player housing in MMOs has never been a pleasant experience. All the good land will get snatched up ASAP, most of which to resell for real money outside the game if this is a F2P. Even if you do find a nice plot, due to having to constantly host whatever you put down there on a server, I guarantee they charge you monthly to maintain your plot, or there goes your nice little fantasy house. Then you have the problem of most homesteads looking extremely similar, as it seems unlike a game like The Sims that lets you architect the shape and look of your house itself, this is closer to Animal Crossing levels of a developed home. Maybe the devs will make enough furniture that the insides can be nice and varied between individuals, but I can't imagine them continuously cranking that stuff out without trying to get more cash for them when other games have shown people will pay. Considering there's a player named IsabelleAC in their trailer, you can easily see the audience they're trying to cash in on.
