I've come to similar conclusion as Huber regarding the Activision/Blizzard case. Isla asked the question "How do you know if they get better?" With regards to Activision/Blizzard at least, there is an employee organized cross-studio group ABK Worker Alliance, and they've written up some demands. If the company is serious about getting better, that would be a good place to start, and a good metric by which to judge "Have they gotten any better?"

I would love to have the gameplay or the trailer on screen when you guys are talking. Or maybe behind on the tv’s?! I know it’s a lot of work but it would make a lot better to see the actual game you are talking about.

Library of Ruina is an odd game, it's a shared universe / spin off to Lobotomy Corporation, an incredibly stressful game where you manage and draw energy from SCP like monsters and pray you don't get your research team wiped out. I love them both for their weird world building, so give them a shot.
