Regarding Kirby difficulty, the older games often would include a very hard tuned NG+ Mode to replay through after you beat it, and the more modern ones tend to include some kind of fine tuned Time Challenge / Score Courses or just super rip your hair out hard True Arena type content with hidden Super Bosses to bring the challenge for those seeking it. Difficulty is rarely actually absent in Kirby games. It simply is reserved for your True Ending boss or postgame side challenge modes.
