I think Patreon ate my first comment, so here's a new one. Might be my past experience with the franchise, but I didn't find the beginning very long or Tutorial heavy. They mostly use Quests to teach you stuff or steer you. I'm still in Spring of Year 1 and I've done 3 major Dungeons with what feels like a relatively high level Character for the first Season of the game. Personally, I had a different experience from Ben where Rune Points were never limiting my activites, because there's so many ways available to you to regain them if you plan the order of your actions. Instead, just the amount of time in an in-game day was always the thing limiting me from doing more, even when the game has a generous Teleport system. Maybe I need to use Mounts more to travel around faster. Also, I know the game allows for automating many parts of your "Farm Chores" by assigning Monsters you've Tamed and Befriended to Tasks on the Farm like Watering Crops or keeping the land clear of your various Weeds / Stones / Logs that tend to pop up on it over time. Bloodworth also asked about Watering Crops squre by square and beyond what Ben already mentioned, once you start replacing Farm Tools with better ones, you also get access to Charge Attacks with them that Water big squares of Crops at once like you might've seen before in Harvest Moon.
