A Plague Tale Requiem is a rare example of a game I like almost despite its gameplay. I don’t particularly care for its combat, puzzle or stealth mechanics, but I still adore the game for its audio, visuals, story and above all else its mood.

Hey Allies, how do you fairly review a game that is worth more than the sum of it's parts? I've been playing Silent Hill 2 on the PS2 recently and the camera is awkward, combat is bad, there's little variation on the environments, and it's one the greatest games I've ever played. Is it hard to review a game that is a 6 when taken apart but a 10 when put together? From Sean Mahoney in London.
