Sounds like Concord may be salvageable if Sony/Firewalk take some of the criticisms, rework some aspects of the game (e.g. characters/skins, modes), and relaunch the game as F2P. Playing is believing and perhaps better word of mouth could improve the situation. You just need to get people in the door.

Hope we can get a Star Wars Outlaws Spoiler Mode with at least Jones, Huber, Damiani, and Don.
