Hey Allies, I finally started playing Balatro recently, and I’m having some interesting difficulty with it… I’m too used to playing Crib. Whenever I see the cards 6 through 9 I keep thinking “oh sweet! There’s a run and two fifteens!” I’m not sure I’ve felt this type of- what I’m referring to as “knowledge cancellation” so strongly before, where the mechanics are one game are similar but different enough that it consistently throws you off. Do the Allies have any memorable examples of this phenomena? L&R Dankey Kang

Hey Allies, I think Isla mentioned on the previous podcast how she doesn't really feel sensitive to framerate, which led me to wonder if there are any technical issues that are dealbreakers for you or have been in the past, and conversely, are there any technical issues that you have pushed through because the game was just too damn good. I feel like my patience for performance has gotten worse as I've gotten older, but I remember back in 2010, Fallout New Vegas launch weekend, pushing through the Memory Leak on the 360 version of the game, with multiple minute load times, crashing and poor frame rates. It was a blast and the performance didn't matter. Love and Respect, Harrison
