the only real reason to be careful with using too many EQ's is if you're in linear phase mode it will cause high latency, but for this you can just consolidate the audio.

If you can, cut it out on each osc or you could automate some lowcuts to come in for certain notes (works albeit tedious).

great vid - how do you deal with cutting out the sub on basses that move around a lot? cut out fundamentals in each osc or keytrack an eq/filter?
