Good question. She does seem to be capable of grabbing and using various items like us, so it's possible. It might or might not also depend on how humanoid she is. But yes, I do think that she has mammalian thumbs to some degree.

Everything's all fun and games until the DM bites you in the butt for trying. Love how creating they can get: "The dragon was so infatuated with you that she caught you and kept you in a jar to protect you for all of eternity. Unfortunately, your eternity came before the dragon's. Got another character sheet ready?" Alas, idk how to play, nor who to play it with. Still fun to see, though
