It's referring to a type of explicit art called 2-koma instant loss. 2-koma meaning 2 panels (you might recognize this from 4-koma style manga). In the first panel, there's usually some person speaking and acting dominant, challenging, aggressive, tsun, haughty, arrogant, etc. The second panel generally features that person being intensely fucked into the floor by whoever they were talking down to, cumming all over themselves and begging for more. Essentially it's putting someone in their place when they get too confident for their own good. Alternatively, getting their back blown out was exactly what they wanted and they were acting bratty to get it.
