This is wonderful, with how stressful things can get during the holidays... or rather any time of the year this is something we all need every so often. None of us are made of stone and steel, and even then everyone and everything has it's limits so shedding tears from the stress and strain is understandable. We must remember that regular rest of the mind and body are needed lest we fall apart.
