Shoulder Healing Process.
🕑 Added 2023-11-25 12:02:17 +0000 UTCSorry to keep making so many of these text posts, I just try to keep everybody in the loop as to what is going on.
If you don't know whats going on, and the reason my artwork output has been lower then normal, I am dealing with shoulder issues, my left shoulder had a AC tear, which is healing rather well.
My right shoulder is suffering from something my doctor calls Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, and that is doing something, some days I feel like its improving, and others "like today" feel like I am taking twelve steps back and hurting all the way down to the fingertips.
Now how does this impact the artwork, well it hurts to move my arm, I can manage sketching some on days its not bothering me, not hurting or tight, but its really slow going, but inking and coloring? That's nearly impossible. Since I use my entire arm to do movements "due to my wrist issues" it becomes a big problem to steady myself to ink or color.
So at best I can manage sketch's, they take a bit longer, how long is this going to take to heal itself? I don't know. It took a good few months for my left shoulder to get to the point it is now, but my right feels different, and worst of all my doctor doesn't seem to wanna deal with it anymore.
So things are up in the air.
Ill do my best to keep drawing and keep making content for the patreon, and when I am not drawing I stream on twitch since I can keep my arms in a neutral position and not move so much, typically icing my shoulders to deal with swelling and mend.

I just wanted to keep everybody updated, that's all, and if my arm starts feeling better ill start inking ASAP, and just to know, all of the artwork that's been getting sketched, will be finished once I am able. I have no plans to abandon the Halloween sketch's or any of them.

Healing is good. Probably best that you don't do more to hurt yourself. Maybe you can see another doc to help you with the frozen shoulder thing? And since you asked... maybe some fire-side cuddling. And/or some inappropriate Santas, you know. Or maybe someone asked for anal for Christmas
