I honestly am so close to asking other asmrtist if I can trade some audio SFX for their slow heartbeat audios cause whenever I record my heart is always too fast. It doesn't matter what I do. But yes I've had a few heartbeat requests recently and honestly I avoid it like the plague cause I know my lil ticker is so FAST. Hopefully it does the job of relaxing you and not stressing you out LOL

depending on her height (she appears relatively petite) her heart probably beats ever so slightly faster than someone taller but it reminds me of my bf and he's pretty short and his heat beats somewhat faster than normal nothing concerning but it's noticeable

Sounds like your heart was going at around 80bpm (in the beginning, I didn't keep track all the way through). That's almost in the middle of the normal resting heart rate range (60-90bpm). You shouldn't worry about it. If it still bothers you, think about it like we got a bargin, we got to listen to more of your beating heart.

Since you were so stressed out, I actually counted your heart beats in the 15 seconds from 0:25 to 0:40 and I counted 20 beats (I might be a little bit off, it's not a precise method) which multiplied by 4 makes this 80 bpm. And 80 bpm is totaaaaaally fine. My average heart rate today was 83 bpm and I'm neither especially unhealthy nor healthy. Even 100 bpm would be okay! Your heart rate is totally normal girl, it's not edm :D PS: I'm glad comments are back so I could actually write this :D

A good way to make your heart rate slow is taking long deep breaths. In through your nose out through you mouth and making sure it's in consistent intervals. Thank you for the audio, definately going to be listening to it tonight while I try and sleep โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
