We've actually got a few more civilian/neutral assets coming down the pipe, though currently they are just graphical assets, and they need some tinkering to get them to actually function ingame.
In the meantime, here's another community poll.
Choices are the same as last time: continue working on neutral assets, focus more on Warband units and buildings, or NWO units and buildings.
Neutral/Civilian stuff will consist of, well, civilians, as well as neutral buildings such as houses and city buildings, and capturable tech structures which can be claimed by infantry to gain bonuses, such as ancient missile silos that can be reacquired for a one-time use superweapon or old technology labs that give you unique units and abilities.
Warband assets will consist of adding new, strange jalopy vehicles, as well as mutated warriors and beasts of burden, as well as adding more key base structures such as wind turbines, gates, pipelines and more.
NWO assets will consist of new sleek aircraft (both jets and VTOL), mecha and tanks, and filling out their roster of mobile structures.

If I remember back to my days with RA2 neutral structures that did something for quite wonderful to have just as a quick thought what if there was a security type building that would give you access to " " cameras around the city like expanding your field of view if you captured this I always thought that that would be something pretty cool in a video game might be applicable to something post-apocalyptic

In general all neutral structures will have utility of some kind. Most civilian buildings can be garrisoned by infantry to turn into pillboxes (as you can do in RA2 and the later C&C games), and then there will be special ones that grant bonus resources or special bonus abilities or are defensive weapons that can be activated.

I'm really looking forward to any possible interactivity with neutral map structures, it could have been really cool to capture neutral structures in tiberium sun and get a forsaken unit or something like that, or maybe something that could change map features, seems like a nice canvas to add cool features if you have time
