Yes, you would need an audio interface like a Focusrite or a Behringer And then connecting the audio feed from the DJ controller to the sound interface, connect the sound interface to the computer running touchdesigner and in touchdesigner select an audio device in and in the device drop down select the audio interface connected and you should get the audio from the DJ.

Out of curiosity, in TD, can this be connected to a live audio input feed like a pioneer DJ controller?
