Incase anybody is wondering the sides, this audio definitely works. The first thing I noticed was after the first night I woke up starving, I haven't been that hungry waking up in forever. My appetite has definitely shot up. Oily skin and jaw acne. Voice is noticably different and my throat feels more dry and cracky. My knees, ankles and legs are more sore than normal. Working out is more then my passion now, I haven't missed a workout in a year and feel even more motivated that i can workout twice a day, libido and interest in sex is definitely up like the description said. Only bad side I had was I'm more tired, but with my work schedule and afternoon schedule I have to start my day at 2Am so I'd need to sleep at 5-6pm on the dot to get adequate sleep.
