And i think it'd be a good opportunity to do something different, and attract new people to patreon using that platform. (This won't stop me from doing stuff for patreon, i have a few shelved models i'll release during my "down time"
So.. lets get to it. Pinups
(Disclaimer*, i'm aware that some folks might not approve/care for pinups, and thats totally fine, this is something i want to try, very similar to the chess sets i do, which have seen alot of success over the past 2 years.)
I'm thinking of doing a pin-up. Just 1 for now, with all the stuff popular pin-up KS'ers have been including, different outfits, poses, heads, sexy faces, big boobs, no boobs, big swinging penis, etc. . and see where i can go from there.
Im looking for ideas however. what screams out to you as a "wow, that sounds amazing, lets jump on that" because, basically, you can't crowd fund without a crowd.
So, that said. Lets hear it. Gimme your ideas.
I'd prefer to keep it within a fantasy realm, and personally. I'd love to do an expanse on my succubus, At least there the pin-up would make sense and noones gonna run head-first at my dick for "going there"
Happy to hear any suggestions however, with examples of stretch goals that could be implemented
Also, will all be concepted by shane so we'll get first looks of the ideas before anything is done.

I'm more than happy to be able to practice on more skin tones! Stretch goals could be more poses, bust versions, or props. That's more content and not a huge amount of work for you, I'm guessing. Even if I don't chip in the KS, I'll buy the STL on MMF haha.

I've sorta shied away from pinup stuff but that's at least partially because I live in a situation that's hard to explain them away. More than happy to have them in my library for the future. As far as a first foray goes succubus is a good choice. Goblins admittedly would lean towards what people like to see from you. A dragonborn pinup could be interesting. edit: Actually a oddball contender might a minotaur pinup.

If that is what you know you want to do, great! Leverage it and don't compromise on detail. Also gives you more room for keying and modularity. As an original Kingdom Death backer, just don't make it up on the fly.
The range of scales puts me off from the get go haha. I want it to be simple. Itll probably be 120mm so i can really go to town and create something i want for my desk.

You'll probably want 28/32 mm and 54/72/120 mm scales from the get go. You'll attract gaming miniature people and Statuette people. It will get tricky with modularity and thickness. Look at the KS that have been well over 2000%. You want to make the stuff people want a certainty not a tantalizing stretch. Sure, you tease alternate outfits or accessories, but make them "satisfaction boosters" not "ultimate core product". You've probably already researched this stuff, did let it be confirmation bias 😁

Yes, variety of body shapes and genders would be amazing. There's not too many sexy male stls around. Include a big swinging orc penis and I'm backing it whatever the cost.

Succubus would be super cool! Also, neat would be a fire genasi. It could always offer various versions of wings or horns, tails, hair, as stretch goals

D&D style pin-ups using the core races I think would allow you to pursue this kick starter in the fantasy genre, with overlapping into the main stream D&D demographic to help simplify marketing and draw in more people. Your stretch goals can be more personal or extoic takes like Succubus, Goblin mentioned.
Sure there are muscular dudes but the pin up aesthetic comes not just from bare skin
And i don't mind a big swinging dong. Maybe don't go that far but there isn't much out there for male pin up
