That banana gag was in everything back then. Why Don't You type shows and Usbourne style books. Never worked. "Yummy, I think I'll eat this one with loads of obvious holes poked in it..." I'd never heard of a Timmy Mallet Magic Video. Within *maybe* 10 seconds of reading your comment, I was downloading it.

I’m a very placid man, in my 57 years on the planet I’ve not been in a fight since junior school but after watching that, it’s a good job he’s dead, as I would hunt him down & punch him in his smug face. I though you couldn’t get lower than Beadle’s about, how wrong I was.

Best one of these yet, cheers. Incidentally, that pre-peeled banana gag also appeared in Timmy Mallett’s Magic Video that I got for Christmas one year and watched til I wore the tape out. I *love* all of these home video exclusives that you’re doing as they always had such mystique in the days before you could basically stream/illegally download virtually all recorded media.
