Didn't realize Willie Thorne died in 2020. Couldn't help but Google his funeral to see if Gary was there. Sadly it appears not. I don't want this to be true and I'm trying to convince myself he had a good reason for not showing up, but it's a mate (supposedly) and the funeral was only in Spain. Best I could find was a quote from Mr Lineker saying he was taken too soon...

Loved the Amazon review of the Michaela Strachan video(s) - delightfully thirsty. I presume the disappointment was compounded by obviously having paid about £500 each for the second-hand copies of the Girls' and the Boys' tapes. Good to hear you sounding relatively healthy.

He might be an absolute ledge and all round top bloke but thirty-odd years on I still refer to Lineker as "Barry Binliner", like in the episode of Spatz he's in. (Marvellous sense of humour?)
