One of my good friends (RIP Ritchie) had neighbors who were Amish and they could drink beer if he gave it to them, but they couldn't buy it, and they could take rides from him, which they did, along with drinking the free beers, quite often, but could not own their own vehicles. I always thought it was so bizarre and hypocritical, and it honestly just made them look cheap rather than religious!
