Same story with Tucumcari. Once a thriving town, the phasing out of steam power led to its gradual depopulation as well. But it's also cool that there's still active tracks nearby.

Lovely little spot! I adore the eastern and northern parts of the US. If I was ever to move to the US I would probably end up livning in like Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, West Virginia or Minnesota. Just love those states!
