I have a well, so our water is super hard —Even with a filter on the shower. I’ve had to try different products, but I alternate between Shea moisture Manuka honey & yogurt, and Living Proof perfect hair day detox shampoo to remove the hard water buildup. Also, to my fellow curly-haired peeps, you may want to avoid products with proteins ( soy protein, silk protein), as it builds up on hair and makes it dry and hard to manage. I’ve only now figured out how to take care of my hard-to manage hair. Looks and feels great now!
