The Block! So glad you made this one. In the mid/late 90's, my mom had to take us kids around here to our babysitter. Our babysitter owned a pet shop near The Block, where she'd watch us. We spent our afternoons playing with animals and watching prostitutes and strippers roam the block. As kids, we obviously didn't know what was going on, and it was actually pretty safe back then. They just made sure we never left the shop hahahaha.

Is the City of Baltimore trying to get these clubs and shops shut down? Most cities have gotten rid of adult/red light neighborhoods now we have sex shops and clubs next to grocery stores, schools and outlet malls lol

This is an awesome video! Those people you met and their stories was fun listening to! I haven't really thought about it much, but I guess the liberal views on sex and taboo subjects here in Sweden back in the day really had an international impact as well. So much so that apparently people started up erotica businesses with Sweden in the brand name.
