This is a huge help to me right now. I'm in the middle of the worst depressive episode I've ever had. I ended a 6 year serious relationship, got fired from my job ( a job I loved and took very seriously) within a spand of 2 weeks. and was left alone in my apartment for weeks.. well what happens? I get so sad and constantly crying and cant get out of bed. Just breathing is a chore. I eat all fast food and pile it on the side of my bed because I dont want to leave the bedroom... it's one of my darkest secrets that my mental health causes me to live in filth. Only someone else that suffers could understand. I've been trying to clean up around here and I'm struggling to be motivated.

Your apartment looks beautiful. I know what it's like to live in a place and forget to change a lightbulb or neglect to clean a wall and you end up spiralling down. I suppose in some way you need find a way of "centering" yourself every day that you can to keep your eyes open, and I think with you that's filming things and sharing with us. Thanks Dan!
