I barely ever drink pop. And as a result i never drink hard liquor which i always needed to mix with pop. Now if i drink coke or something, i feel like shit because im not used to consuming 60-70 grams of sugar. Pop is so bad for you. Its obscene the amount of sugar is in it. In europe, they drink pop out of little 4 oz glasses, while americans are gargling big gulps.

I grew up with a brother who was a heavy smoker and drinker, so having to smell his smoke every goddamn day made me sour on the whole smoking thing from childhood on. But drinking? I was a BIG fan! Stopped several times, once for 12 years, but what finally made me quit for good? I realized that I wasn't enjoying it any more. Am I tempted? Sure. But will I weaken? No, don't intend to. Not a road I wanna go down again. With your determination, I'm sure you'll succeed too. As always, fingers crossed!
