this is such a bummer. I ADORE the livestreams and when I can’t get on in time, it feels like being locked out. 😩 I hope there’s a solution somewhere 🩵

I took a call and when I tried to bring the livestream back up from Patreon it said it was a private video and basically locked me out. Luckily we got to see a good chunk of Dan's stream of consciousness before the shutters came down 🤯. Have a good weekend everyone 👍

Ok, so it's not just me. My only worry is if i hit the join button (it was only $1 a month), Patreon will recognize me only at that tier, and not the higher tier, so i left it alone

I was having that problem as well, until i figured out you need to press the comment/chat bar and then swipe left. Some livestreams that have ended don't always have the live chat re feed option for a few hours, so i try to wait to watch until it appears. I hope this helps!

I got the notification for the live you did yesterday, but when i clicked on it Patreon didn't recognize me as a member and asked me to join! Thanks Dan, for letting everyone know what's up!

Have you considered dual recording? One that saves to your PC and one that will hopefully upload to YT? That being said, YT needs to fix itself already. You shouldn't HAVE to dual record just to have your videos survive.

I haven’t been able to see the live chat for weeks. I used to be able to click on the email notification and see it. Not so for almost a month. I can still see the video though. Glad to hear you’re switching - I’m sure this whole process is a PITA.
