Dan posted a message sent to him by that professionally strange person Steph Brahm. She was accusing him (or insinuating, I forget which now) of being responsible for the demise of her second YouTube channel as well as other sins. And she clearly threatened him at the end. Something about “watch your back.” Totally unhinged paragraph. Several folks, including myself, urged Dan to report her action to the police. I didn’t notice Dan had deleted the post until I saw your question, so I don’t know when he took it down or how long it was visible. According to Patreon, Dan had replied to my comment, but I never even got to see what he had to say.

Dan, please stop telling that tiresome story of your personal experience w what you’ve decided was a possible Bigfoot. Let me be frank. You were very young. You were sleeping, no doubt dreaming and not fully awake. This “memory” is extremely suspect. Your father was sauced. Whatever was out there, if anything, wasn’t something unnatural. You’ve been wasting an incredible amount of time on this utter nonsense over the last few weeks. And you’re going to continue by wasting your talents (and money) on a video, when you already know you’re not going to uncover anything remotely Bigfoot-like. You just said in here that you think Bigfoot hunting is boring and nothing ever happens (true!), and that hunters are so desperate that they make stuff up. You call out other YouTubers by name as fakers. Well, right, Dan. And yet you plow forward. This whole topic is insane and just plain dumb. I can’t watch or listen to this idiocy anymore. I’m out.
