I was just watching something about a chinese urban explorer, and the dilapidated building made me anxious because it immediately reminded me of the buildings Dan has gone into, and how dangerous they could be. Does Dan tell people where hes going beforehand in case the floor gives out or something? I've worked in construction, and no matter what shape youre in, if the floor or staircase gives out, you are guaranteed an injury. I cant help but think "what if" scenarios, like Dan breaks both legs and his phone gets damaged so he cant call for help. Granted, it is that threat of danger that makes Dans videos nerve wracking, and therefore entertaining, but I hope behind the scenes he has a contingency plan or some kind of safety procedures

This was an interesting video because Dan took his audience into a place where few people dare to go. I thought about Dan, earlier today, when I passed by an old building that looked like an abandoned motel or, maybe, an abandoned apartment. I wasn't able to stop & see what the building had been, so I am going to see if it is on GOOGLE EARTH. I have lived my entire life, in this town, and never noticed that little place until today. I think I am beginning to notice these beautiful old buildings because I have watched Dan find beauty in these abandoned buildings, for so many years.
