I visit the "Haunted" Pokomoke Forest with Rick Serra from August of 2022
🕑 Added 2024-12-31 03:45:48 +0000 UTCBack in the summer of 2022 I was looking for something to shoot with my new camera so I chose to do a piece on the Pokomoke Forest in Maryland. There are several channels that did a series of what I'll call Websploitation videos on the forest. Twenty somethings in $200 sneakers poking around and blaming every sound they hear on ghosts and demons. Strange people lurking in the shadows chasing the boys out of the forest all for that SWEET ADSENSE MONEY. My visit wasn't anywhere near as eventful and I spent $2000 producing this stinker. (Of course Rick Serra came along because it was a free holiday where lodgings, food and fuel were all paid for by me.) As far as I know this was never released. It's been on my to do list for ages. Glad it's finally edited and ready for you to enjoy. Thanks everyone!

The sound of the insects brings back memories of my childhood without air conditioning, and we would fall asleep with open screened windows and a fan. Also on trips to NC MTNS to see kinfolk in Bryson City. And intertube down Deep Creek, which is still there with intertubes to rent in the summer. Spell check says inner tubes. 🥴
