So proud of you Paul. I have friends that have struggled with food addiction and simultaneous nicotine addiction. I believe that Mounjaro saved both of their lives. One has even tapered down to the starting dose and maintained. This is a wonderful tool.

Dan, I left this comment on the video, but will do here as well. In November I hit the highest weight ever and I said I have to make a change or I will not be around much longer. I started on compounded Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), I can't really afford it but I need it. It has been working well so far, down 22 pounds in 2 months. It makes food thoughts kind of go away. No more late night snack runs, really not interested in drinking at all right now either I am 48, short (5'6), and was at 309
