Listened to this 2 months ago and my 2nd one is Today. I have a feeling that if i listened to this every 2-3 months. It will be a gentle reminder/ or re-aligning. To my original goal/mission. I am trying to get done I get easily distracted with all the other noises in my life that this helps me. Never thought I would enjoy upwards of 20+ minutes of meditation a year ago

If you're using YouTube to do your main research I'm not surprised. Vril is derived from the latin word 'virilis' which means male power and vitality. Vril in esoteric circles is described as a life giving elixir responsible for healing popularized by theosophists like Helena Blavatsky. The only knee jerk reaction to word is that it was co-opted by fringe right wing groups and aryan supremacy which has no direct influence on the origin and meaning of the word. Calling 'Vril' demonic is like calling a rainbow demonic because the LGBTQ groups use it as their flag.
