this is why you are awesome. don't be too hard on yourself, we love you and i love being a part of this massive giant knitted love blanket of lovely people <3

I love your rambly posts, sounds more like a conversation and less like a sanitized post. Blessings!

Never work so hard! Work gentle :) Live easy <3

I say give yourself a 1. This is a little diary-post microcosm of everyday life! I'm another one who's right there with you - so thanks for making me feel "normal". But yes, breeeeeathe.

I’m so glad you knew I meant to say don’t* be embarrassed. Thank you for getting back to me as well it means the world, and really shows how much you care about us. :)

those are the times when we need to hear each other the most! of course they are also the times when it is hardest to speak T_T

I love telling stories about songs I didn't write. It's much easier than actually writing songs.

haha i'm so relieved i haven't scared you off yet ;)

Solid 8 but saying things is better than keeping it to yourself.

I started writing a song about how it can sometimes be hard to put a thought into words, specifically about when the right words can't be found. I struggled with it for a while before finally setting it aside. Because, you know, I couldn't find the right words. Which made me chuckle a bit. I loved how "meta" that moment was. I caught myself thinking I should write a song about struggling with lyrics! Then I metaphorically slapped myself. And thought about making *that* into a song. An infinite regression like this forces me to realize that even good brains can have very, very bad days (weeks, whatever). It's as if I'm digging underground in search of some "low-hanging fruit" to turn into a song. The resulting embarrassment is, for me, a tremendously good sign. It means I'm still aware of the real world out there, and how I may be *slightly* disconnected from it at the moment. The embarrassment serves to break the sense of "circling the drain" and forces me to try something, anything, that will take me in a new or different direction. Now, should we be embarrassed about being embarrassed? Damn, there I go again. I may have just hit 10 on your question. What were you asking again?

Andrew Arche

I rate your embarrassment an 8. But that’s okay. Love what you do and just glad to be a part of it, regardless of how small. Keep it up, get rest, and stay awesome!

Aaron

You're really great too Kina! You and your music make a lot of people happy. Also, don't forget to breathe.

Eric Hofmann

Your feelings are always welcome. :)

Nothing to be embarrassed, i'm happy/excited to read 'kina diaries'. For every song/tune of your guitar, you inspire us and fill us with love. You are doing great and have a lots of breaktime today ;)

Probably like a 5. But then you'll just laugh and realize that's what you do and be happy about it :) Breaks is always good, gotta remind yourself to take a breath and understand our health is so important long term!

Good morning kina! Do be embarrassed at all. You just made my morning and I can’t wait to hear all your new music. Love from MN
