How bad is this cheap laser power meter?

In the video, I compare it to the Sanwu Tracer 20W I have used for years and been pleased with. I also touch upon general use of a laser power meter. What happens if I touch the power head's heat sink? And since the cheap one comes with different screen colors: Does it matter which color the screen has?

Hey Brainiac, this might be an odd and random place to post this, but I just wanted to say I really love your videos and always have. They have such a calm and clean atmosphere... so informative and professionally-made but also perfectly casual! The fact you film these in your home and not a sterile laboratory fuels the notion you are a relatable enthusiast, and beyond!
