Wow Tea....from someone with depression and social anxiety and has to fight to get up and not shut out the world, this makes me realise everyone struggling needs a "Tea" in their life.

I really appreciate this one.

Problem is, I'd be likely to kick back (at least verbally). 😂

I know this isn't for me, but I can still appreciate and commend you for, as you say, refusing to become stale toast. That's a cute way to put it. I might steal that one.

Got to say i didn't think I'd be able to sit myself down and listen to this audio from the title alone especially with how close i almost got to actually getting where the listener in the audio is and then some... But i got to say i love how you mafe the audio and how just listening to the audio made.

Haha. Just flexing the old accent muscles. I tend to lose it unless I do it constantly. I might even be branching out to Welsh (again), Scouse, and South Afriican.

Some days you need a hug, and some days you need a kick...

Are you deliberately using your English accent more often, or is it just becoming your natural voice given where you live?

As someone who went from wanting to help another to feeling like I needed help myself, I can appreciate this piece. It's hard to hear the pain you're causing others when you're breaking yourself and need to get it together. But it's real, and I remember feeling just how the speaker did. I'm glad that even feeling down on myself of late, I can still appreciate the perspective. And if it we're me as the listener, I would have caved. Although, I'd likely grumble and gripe doing it. Sometimes venting as you go helps purge what's poisoning you Anyways, thanks for this.

This audio kinda helps someone like me with depression so thanks Tea! I needed this to get moving
